The only way they could do it, in my opinion, would be if they declared it diplomatic property. Then it is chinese soil. Thing is, anyone can buy property, but as far as I know, they cannot be a sovereign nation within the united states. Certainly not thousands of acres. Any constitutional lawyers here?
