Fender bib - Chrome plate mount

I posted this message on the For Sale/Wanted forum but am not sure how much exposure it would get so I thought I would post here as well. Thanks for any help.

Looking for a deal on a rear fender bib, non studded made for '07 Nomad that uses stock mounting screws and clip - I have a stock seat.

Also looking for a chrome license plate mounting backplate to replace factory plastic unit. A lay down mount would also work but only if it utilizes the factory mounting screw pattern. (if you have one but not selling could you let me know where I can purchase it new. Kuryakan has one but it appears you have to drill new holes which I don't want to do) Thanks.
