Here are the first mods I've made to the new bike. My wife came out to the garage as I was attaching the pegs and just shook her head.

* 10" medium tint shield (fastaire.com)
* chrome windshield trim (fastaire.com)
* Kuryakyn longhorn dually pegs (eastern performance cycles)

I thought mine was the only one that would shake her head. Must be something with women and Pep Boys.

At least on this bike all the mechanical and electronic stuff is already there. You can just keep adding chrome and trim to it as you go along.

One thing you need to get is a center stand. I have the H.D. model and it sure make cleaning the left side easier.
Plus when I pretrip I can spin the back tire for inspection.

I must be slipping, I was betting it would be pipes. The next mod was the parade fan (I think that is what they call it) to help with the high heat in stop and go traffic. While you are tinkering with the bike your wife knows where you are and what you are doing. As long as she gets equal time with shopping, I'll bet you don't get too many complaints.

I think a nice set of Rhineharts would suit that bike real good.
