I'd have to say it does not surprise me at all. After all she is a stanch supporter of Obama and thinks as many who rallied behind him, that he can do no wrong ::)

Couple that with the fact she is uber wealthy like Donald Trump, and she doesn't really live on this planet nor reality.
She may at one time been poor herself, but that was LONG ago. Anyone who buys cars for every member of an audience on a whim is not really living the reality of every day citizens nor can relate to them any longer.

So don't be surprised at comments like these in defence of her president. But if he was of another_______ I bet her tune would be quite different.

Nothing changes, politicians change names/faces but the rhetoric stays the same!!!

I read an article through Drudge where she was complaining about the taxes she pays. Really? Has it gotten better? Wealthy liberals have a disconnect when it comes to their political philosophy and how they became wealthy. In her case it's identity politics. That's a pretty weak leg to stand on.

I remember before the election how she was really trying to boost Obama. There is no telling how many of her millions she spent to get him elected. If we could just ever get a common man in the White House, Senate and Congress we would be much better off.

What's a common man? Even Bill Clinton went to Yale Law. Reagan was probably the last regular guy in the White House.

It is so obvious a child can see it, but by pointing it out... your automatically tagged as a racist.

How that for a perfect immunity clause from the laws of the land ..... as Bom Bom is showing since elected, he can do anything he wants to irrelavant of anything besides he says he can.....and if you dont agree, your a racist, so it doesnt count.

I like the phrase identity politics as it goes beyond race. Some might vote for someone based on ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, etc. It's not based on competence or as one person once said, the content of their character.
