Who's driving the Nomad?

Ken and I are out ion a short bike trip. We stopped in at the Honda Dealer at Tupelo Mississippi so Ken could look at the new Goldwings. There was a green/silver Nomad in the parking lot. So when I walked in the showroom I just said out loud, "Who's driving that Nomad out there?'. Man spoke up...I pointed out my Nomad in the parking lot. Talked for a while his is an '06. He had not heard of KawaNow...had on my tee shirt from South Dakota...so turned around and let him read it. He said he would check us out.

I hear tell, you get a couple more members to sign up and you get a toaster. At least thats what I was told.

Hey, is Ken thinking of upgrading the Wing?

I am shopping for a 06 or newer. Want the Prem Audio/Comfort & Navi & ABS model. Looking at new and used. Tell him to drop me a note if he knows of any or has any dealers that he would advise checking out.

Yep..he traded the old pearl orange in today on an '10 goldwing...out in the garage right now putting chrome goodies on it. He found several dealers with new '08s just depends on the options, colors you want. He kicked himself in the but ...missed a fantastic deal on a new '08. Apparently there was a lot of speculation and lots of dealers bought a lot of 08s because of an announced price increase with the 09 and landed up being stuck with new 08s. He went to dealers all over the place, mississippi, tennessee, ark...I'll get him to pm you. Some will deal a bit on their 08s..most just keeping them and paying that monthly inventory interest. Whatever.

BTW he got a metalic black comfort pkg, navigation, xm radio...it's a beauty..pics later.

Now to drive it before he puts some floorboards on.... :-/
