Powder coated saddlebag top rails on Ebay

Has anyone tried these? Looks like fairly good feedback from his current customers.

Yes, I saw them they look like good parts, have 4 connecting points. The other cheap ones on ebay have 3 points. I emailed the company and asked about chrome. They said in about three months they might get chrome ones. If you are interested email them and ask for chrome. Maybe if enough people ask they will get them sooner.

The Kawasaki OEM chrome ones have 3 connectors, have never been a problem for me and are not cheap.

I have three point connections on mine also. They aren't Kaw OEM but are of very good quality. The chrome is excellent and they are quite heavy.

They look as though they are constructed ok, but I can't see anyone wanting them unless they are chrome. Im sure the price will be a lot higher for the chrome ones as well when they have them.

When I painted my Nomad last winter, I was thinking of doing a flat color. If I had done that, I would consider less chrome, but with a shiny paint job I think the chrome looks much better.

I know a place locally that does chrome plating. I am gonna have my saddlebag handle re-done, along with my sons sissy-bar backrest frame. His minimum charge is $165.00, So I figure it would be worth it to do all I can at one time. Fo the price, if one bought those and had them chromed, you'd still come out ahead than nearly $300.00 for OEM. By the way.. the plating shop here is the only one within 300 miles of me that will do re-chromeing as well as new plating.

I got mine on Ebay for less than half that. However, I hope this works for you. I know around here it is very hard to find chrome shops because of the environmental issues.

I don't know, I would take a set powder coated gloss black and do sort of a monochrome thing, especially if it saves a couple hundred bucks. I couldn't tell for sure what color these were.

I emailed the seller and he tells me that they are black powder coated.
