RO HO Airhawk
I had a 12" x 8.5" one on the passenger seat for my wife. it helped quite a bit as far as comfort goes with the stock and Mustang seats we had. Bought a Russell seat after than and never used it after that, but it did help.

We have 2. We like them. Especially on long rides and hot days. I think that they are the "medium cruiser" cushion for both driver and passenger. It doesn't take much air and seems to help me see over the windshield and not thru the top edge. We just ordered one so that both of us could try it before putting that much $$ into two of them.
