Lifes little changes

One door closes and another opens.
It is official I have sold my Nomad.
I will take the winter to decide what my next ride will be.
The short list is:
Can-Am touring spider
Kawi Voyager
Gold Wing
Victory Cross Roads
Victory Vision

No matter what I ride I intend to keep up with the KawaNow group

Just curious as to the reason you decided to not be a Nomad rider anymore.

Why don't you get another tricycle!??
Then you and Rene can ride hand in hand down the road! ::)

I can invision you on anything but the Spyder. If I didn't have the new Nomad I would be looking at the Cross Roads or Cross Country. Truth is I am most likely riding my last bike.

I think the new Can-Am is actually pretty interesting. They increased the power; and increased the storage by a good-amount. But, it isn't like riding a motorcycle; so you'll lose that somewhat... although I know you have ridden a trike before.

Don't worry everyone I will still be around here, someone has to keep Wompus in line. Besides what would I do without you guys?

I am traveling this week so I called my local Victory dealer and made him and offer on a 2009 Blue Ice Vision. Victory has some pretty damn good pomo price discounts on everything 2009 and older including a 5 year warranty.
Well I about fell out of my seat! They accepted the offer!
I am now a new Victory owner!!!!!
So much for shopping around all winter.
This is the first bike I have purchased that I won't have to add any clap, it already has it all.

Everything but room to haul something. The bags are so small I can't get my coat in one. I see you going back to pulling a trailer. I guess with the trunk you can put a large bag on the passenger seat and maybe get by. Or you could just ship your cloths where you are going and then ship the dirty ones home when you leave.

You can put more stuff in the bags than you think and the trunk is a real plus.
Hell it I need to take a lot of stuff Mama still has here two trunks on the Jackal.
I still have my little trailer I towed to ES twice and I may put a hitch on the Vision but not right away.

Watch the Can-Am guys. the dealer told me at 12,000 miles it needs a full valve adjustment at about $1200 it takes like 16 hrs of labor he said. Enough to scare me off.

I don't care what anyone says... a Can Am is a tricycle!

1 wheel..... a unicycle.

2 wheels.... a motorcycle.

3 wheels.... a tricycle!

Kioti's wife rides a tricycle... but then, she's a girl! <GMAO>
