Need HD Inner Fairing Help

I wanted to know if an inner fairing taken from an 1999 HD Ultra Classic will fit an outer fairing from other year models.

I am in the process of purchasing an inner fairing of the 1999 HD Ultra Classic but wanted to ensure that I am not too restricted in the type of outer fairing that I would have to purchase.

It will probably fit a few years up or down, but your best bet is to call a Harley shop and ask them. They can look it up and make certain that it will fit other years.

Thanks Ringadingh. I called the local HD dealer and was told that the 1997 to 2007 are all pretty much the same.
