2008 Nomad For Sale

2008, Red and Black, PhatRiser II's, SuperTrunkIII with rack from Scootworks. Throttle lock, w/s bag, light bar, speedo visor. 8,000 miles. Asking $10,000. Sorry group, had a great time at Custer but opportunity came and bought a Goldwing. Denny and Sally, dmac.

Hey Denny... sorry to hear you're switching from the Nomad; but I also understand that the Goldwing likely fits your riding 2-up style a bit better. I assume you got a good deal on one.

Another 'madder bites the dust. I bought my wing back in July. A bit of advice for Nomad riders, do not test ride a Goldwing. You will never look back at the Nomad....-Rich

Guess I'm the odd ball here. I have had GWings since the mid 80's. I currently have an 1800 GW trike. I also have an 01 Mad and like it much better than the GW. I just wish the wife liked it as much as I do and it had a cruise control.

Well, maybe. A friend just bought a new Wing and he invited me to sit on it. I don't care for the sitting/leg position at all. Feels too cramped for me. I don't even have an inclination to test drive one. Sorry. I have to pass.

I love the Nomad.

Cruise control is no big deal to do. Several of us have installed them.

I have 2 1983 Wings that havent left the shed since I bought the 2001 Nomad. I like it a hole lot better than the Wings. I handels a t better.

They are made by Audiovox, P/N CC-100, they cost around a $100.00 usually, but you can find them for less sometimes. They work very well, try looking on Ebay or the internet and you will find them.

Those machines are amazing! What's not to like about them ??? A guy solid me his used Nomad and bought a Wing, thats why I love 'em!
