Sentencing for Iowa Deaths
Well, he was sentenced today. 2 - 25 year terms served concurrently and 2 - 25 year terms served consecutively. By the looks of his smug face, he should have gotten more.

Well, a lot of lives were interrupted, because of a legal substance. What we do, truly has ramifications.

Sentencing for Iowa Deaths
Many in this area are coming to the understanding that drinking and driving is a significant local problem. NE laws address this issue are weak and Judges seldom address this issue until the 3 or 4th DUI conviction. The good news is, this accident along with other recent local DUI fatalities has ignited a movement to address this issue. Time will tell if State legislators will do anything other than "talk".
