Chucksters Intake and coaster plates

Ok all, im getting ready to just bite the bullet and do these upgrades to my 08 1600 and have a couple questions. 1)How involved are these two upgrades? 2)Will I notice any difference in power or noise? 3) Will I need to change the settings on my cobra fuel module. It came with the bike and it already had V&H Baggers on it but no intake mods. I have no cables to hook to the fuel module so im guessing Ill have to buy some somewhere. Thanks
