Heated Accessories

I am adding heated grips and using a heated vest on my 02 Nomad, are there any issues needing addressed when adding these type of accessories ? Electric load related ? I have added an extra fuse block that runs through a relay for these items.

Shouldn't be any issues. The system on the Nomad is pretty robust. Memory (correct me if I am wrong) seems to remember 588 watts output, but that is for everything on the bike.

I wouldn't think they would pull very much. Unless you have a lot of other extras it should be fine.

You should have no problem adding those heated accessories. They don't draw that much overall. I have heated handlegrips and the draw about 2.5 amps.

I want to add heated stuff on my '99 but I'm worried about frying the system.

If I have to heat myself to ride I dont ride. When the leaves fall and the countryside gets bland I put the bike in storage. My hats off to you diehards.

Don't think so, seems to be a definite V in the logo where as the Madison is round in the center. CMC 023 here btw.
