You might have your friend check out the ones made by Chuckster www.chucksterscustoms.com They are less expensive and Chuckster makes top-notch stuff.

I got CWI lights from Value Accessories for $203 shipped, Chuckster didin't have them when I got them or I probably would have gone that way.
