Installing Chuckster plate/Caddman and TFI????

I am installing the Cadmann intake using the chuckster plates and a TFI this weekend.
The TFI instructions mentions that the o2 sensor needs to be removed or disabled. How do I do that?
Do I need to marble?
Is there anything else I need to do or modify while doing this?
Sorry for the dumb questions, I just don't want to screw this up.

thanks,
