Yamaha Venture trunk organizer

After seeing the thread on the trunk organizer for the matuzi trunk I was wondering if any of you {lomax} know if there was ever a one for the venture trunk '84 or there abouts. I've tried CD holders etc. and nothing seems to work.

...Can't help you on that item Rick. None of the trunks I have here have any kind of organizer in them, so not sure if they ever came out with one originally. :)

If you want to spend a few bucks HD has one available for the beerbox lid.

Try looking for one for a goldwing. They made one for nearly every year of wing so one of them may fit the venture trunk. would be easy enough to mount. Just use the bolts for the rack.

Thanks, maybe I'll hit the Harley Store and see what they have in stock and maybe try one out.

BTW lomax the bike is looking "sweet". :) What trunk did you put on your bike ? Is it a Venture trunk? I also noticed you have the lower saddlebag rails. And it looks like you have the rear fender rail. What year is your bike? They say the fender rail won't fit with the chrome saddlebag spacers on the '06 and up or when ever they started with the spacers. Sure looks good with the fender rail.
So many questions.... The fairing looks great and I'm wondering if you just have the outer fairing or did you go with the inner as well with the guages. Or is it an aftermarket radio caddy type.?

...........any decision on Custer? It's looking more and more like my friend Brian might be coming out this way instead of me going to Calgary. He'll find out in the next week or so if he has any work coming that won't interfere with Custer. So maybe think about meeting us somewhere, if you do decide to go. You're welcome to come out here and leave with us on the Thursday before the week of the rally.
