Went for Therepy on Friday

I was able to get 270 miles worth. What a great day to ride here in Missouri. I had somethings to do and errands to run, so I took the Long way to do them. I really needed my "Nomad Therepy" session yesterday. I guess I will just have to have another "Therepy" session soon.

I trying to get away for a ride within the next couple hours if it doesn't rain. It was supposed to be a beatiful day here but a lot of clouds have moved in. I'll be heading downt to Niagara Falls to see my daughter for a couple hours it the weather holds out.

I was about wore out today after working all day in and around the yard (cutting grass, washing horse trailer, tilling and planting vegetable garden). But when I jumped on my bike and took off for an 80 mile cruise I felt like a new person. Jamie
