Ever been on the outside of 18-wheeler in a curve?

If so, you'll be glad this didn't happen!

OMG....I wonder how far down that gully he ended up as there was nothing left on the road. That had to be fatal....it gave me chills....

The other challenge is all the debris all over the road. Ride over one wrong piece and you'll be going down.

Ouch! I never linger alongside a semi. I get away from them as quickly as possible.

And one more thing to add, when their tires blow, they blow with 100lbs pressure and sound like a shotgun going off even 50 yards away; so being right next to it would be a shocker even if it didn't blow the tread onto you.

I guess that big flashing warning sign wasn't enough for that driver to take the curve slow.

I wonder if the guy with the camera stopped? He obviously slowed down to manuever around but did he stop to see if anyone survived?

Hmmm, makes it even more creepy that it apparently happened at the Donner Pass.

Even the pickup-truck driver had trouble with that curve.

I suspect the photographer did stop, although leaves some obvious curiosity.

Notice how the semi was already over the center line as he went past the camera.

It also looked like he could have gone a little wider into the curve to correct, but didn't. I don't know if that would have made a difference or not.
