Someone has a Centech AP-1 fuse box installed?

The Beemer and Wing guys seem to love it.

I don't see any mention of it here.

Is there a better option?

Thanks.

I have the Centech AP-2, which differs from the AP-1 in that it has 5 switched and 3 "always hot" circuits. Very nice. I bought mine from http://www.cyclenutz.com, great customer service.

Where did you place the fuse box? I was wondering if there is enough room on the back fender under the seat.

I forgot to ask. What would you use the "always hot" circuits for? I'd probably forget to turn off something and run down the battery.

Probably not. There's not enough clearance under the seat. The best place to put it would be behind the left side cover. I installed mine up front near the triple tree. I have 2 accessory fuse blocks. 1 in the left side cover to power my cruise control servo, my trunk running lights and my Stebel Horn. It is just a fuse panel, not an AP-2. The AP-2 mounted up front, powers 2 sets of driving lights, and my cruise control switch panel on the switched circuit, and the constant circuit powers a 12v power outlet.

Here's a picture of the AP-2 on my bike (it's blurry - damn auto focus):

Someone has a Centech AP-1 fuse box installed?

Why would I want to add a fuse box when there already is one? Or replace the one that is there?

Let's see...2 sets of driving lights, Stebel air horn, electronic cruise control, 12v power outlet, trailer wiring, trunk running lights.

It really makes it a lot easier and cleaner to add accessories.
