Hello again... 1st off, thanks to all that have responded to my recent posts and private messages, this is a great site! I just read recently someone talked about the warranty on the nomad but I can't find the post anymore. I thought it was in one of mine but I must be mistaking. anyways, they stated you can get a 6 year warranty and have 2 years to make up your mind? is this correct? does it have to be the original owner? any body have a price this may cost or what it covers? (again, my local kaw dealer blows and never mentioned this!)

The Nomad comes with a 2 year warranty. You can buy an extended warranty anytime before it expires, so basically yes - you have 2 years to decide. I am pretty sure that you do not have to be the original owner to extend it. And the warranty does transfer to the next owner if you sell it (or bought it).

If you do decide to go that route (buying the extended warranty), there are a couple dealers who sell them at great discounts. Dont buy them from your local dealer unless you get a heck of a discount. I dont have a name at my fingertips, but post if you need it. I can look it up, or others have dealt with them too.

go to ebay and type in good times warranty or kawasaki warranty, there have been some on there in the past.
