Tsk tsk....lol....that looks suspiciously like somewhere in the San Juan Islands. It could only have been taken on the ONE day that it didn't rain...

I (we) would never do bad things to you...but I'm going to have to get creative with my disinformation campaign against the beauty of the NW.

That's all we need is a few more biker types enjoying all the great (I mean crappy) twisties, beautiful ocean beaches (read cold and windy), magnificent mountain ranges (cold and wet), or wide open spaces (way too hot) of the Columbia River basin... ;).

It's not even worth mentioning the breathtaking scenery aboard a Washington State Ferry on your way from Anacortes (site of the annual Oyster Run) on your trek thru the San Juans. I mean, if you've seen one island, you've seen'em all right?

Other than a few nice places.....there's really not much up here....

...and did I mention it rains ALL the time.. ;)!
