HD new ride
Here is a new ride being introduced by Harley Davidson. I suppose HD is trying to build back the loss of sales this year with something to bring in a different type of buyers.

Holly smoke that is a pricey machine. Can't call anything with three wheels a "bike".

How many trustworthy Nomads can you buy for $30,000?

It may be pricey, but its still cheaper than some of the company's that manufacture trike conversions. Ive seen them advertised at around $40,000.00

$30k for a factory HD Trike ain't bad. The 2 wheel version retails for $22K. That is cheaper than most trike conversions would cost if you bought a new bike. I've seen used HD Trikes listed for $25K.

Not be judgemental, but I think if I were looking for a trike, I'd just consider a regular convertable.

I didn't see a trailer hitch. How are they going to haul the keg? (and the pig cooker)

I stopped by a HD stealership tonight looking for vest extenders and saw a used softail. Pretty little bike...but they wanted $18900! No bags, nothing. Oh, and they are verrrryyy proud of their vest extenders. One cost $15.00!

Vest extenders are $5 to $10 at ralleys. So that is not too bad. I do not need them as my vest has not shrunk in the wash. |
