Slow leak

I have a slow leak in rear radial tire. Can a tube be installed or need a new tire?

Do you know where it's leaking from ? Spit in your fingers, and put it over the valve. If it bubbles up, fit a new valve. To answer your question though. Yes you can

I had a slow leak in a tubeless tire a few years ago, turned out to be that the shop who fitted the tire for me neglected to clean the old rubber off the rim properly before they put the new tire on. After a tidy up, no more leak.

So to extend Mick's suggestion, fill a spray bottle with a soapy solution & spray around the rim until you find where the leak actually is. You may not need a tube.
