AQUA NOMAD

Down here in Florida we've been hit by heavy rains.

Sometimes the rain and flooding prevents us from getting our ride out. Kind of like our northern riders in the wintertime with the snow. No worries though, today the sun is shinning :)

This photo appeared in our local newspaper. No, it's not me, but it is a Nomad. A little flood is not enough to keep us from riding our ride....

(Dan the safety man..notice the reflective vest and full face helmet...)

I'd say that was Mac testing out his prop shaft, but the helmet's all wrong. I'm pretty sure he's done that very manuver.

The full face must have a snorkel you just can't quite see in the pic.

Sooooo do you think that is what Kawasaki had in mind by "liquid cooled" when they designed the bike?

Man oh' man. We had some ol' fashioned gully washers around here lately too. But my baby hasn't been out in them lately. I've been too busy trying to get the yard work caught up.

Can't fault a man (or woman) for having to get somewhere. Throws a slight twist on "come hell or high water..."

I'd say that Nad can go anywhere with that skull on the winshield (and the reflectors on the rider).

Just surprised the guy behind him isn't on the cell phone, and wonder how quick he could stop if the guy on the bike loses it...
