Dealer Assembly Manual
Found this manual, might be interesting to see what the dealer does as he assembles bike. Starts from unpacking the crate.....

That is cool. Thanks for posting. I bought a factory service manual for mine just to see what they do when they work on the bike. I don't know how much I'll use it but it is cool to see what they do.

Dealer Assembly Manual
Well, now we know what parts got screwed up, over-torqued, scratched, etc. before we ever saw these bikes.
