ive looked on ebay and ronayers and cant find a service manuel for the 07 1600. any suggestions

Hmmm...
I bought my '04 in Aug '03, and the '04 manuals weren't out yet, but the '07's definately should be out by now. I'd just call Ron Ayers or Ron Greene on the phone. Sometimes things are hard to find on the websites. I'm sure they can get you one. Ron Ayers usually has a bit better prices, but Ron Greene seems to ship faster.

I also belong to the Beartooth Kawasaki forum and Beartooth gives you 15% off for being a member, bought mine from them and had it within the week.

Here is a link to a pdf manual. Says it is for the VN1600 Classic AND Nomad 2005. Not sure how it can be for both. Anyone ever try this one?
