Road Trip Pix

In case any of you would like to see the country that I visited in Washington and Oregon. Some of you city folks probably never to get to see this kind of real estate.

This is our bikes, my Nomad and my buddy, Ron's, Beemer in the parking lot below the confluence of the Wallawa and Menam rivers in Oregon.

Downstream from the parking lot whiping the river to a froth with the fly rod. The locomotive in the background is a quaint little tourist trap that makes people happy. I know because they waved at us in the river.

Forgot one from the Wallawa river. Took this one when Ron was inspecting one of the States facillities.

We caught a few fish in the Wallawa. Several Rainbows, a couple of Mountain Whitefish, a few Red Horse Suckers. Downstream we found a great hole and Ron landed a 20 inch rainbow. Water is beautiful, clear and cold running over freestone river bed.

That was a dirt parking lot. One of the main reasons why I wanted a shaft drive instead of a belt.

We rode back to Richland, Wa to meet up with VC. He found us lost in a coffee shop.

My buddy Ron is on the left and VC, aka Chuck is on the right.

Now I'm just drooling all over myself!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hell.....I'd just love a week (or year) sitting on your back deck!!!! GORGEOUS STUFF, ID!!!!!
