Front fork upgrade

Hi, Has anyone upgraded their front forks by installing different springs or Racetech modulators to improve the ride and damping/rebound properties of the forks. I find the front forks very harsh and spoiling an otherwise great Nomad riding experience.

I must be way too easy to please because I don't see anything wrong with the front fork performance. Not much help I'm afraid.

I dont find any problem with the forks either. I replaced the fork oil with 15 weight which actually firmed the ride up a bit. Feels great now.Maybe there is a problem with your forks or lack of oil in them.

You might try changing your fork oil if its old, or go to a heaver oil, I have no complaints on mine, rides like a gezerglide.

I did same as ringadingh.15 weight, I'm happy as a clam.

Do you have to take the forks off the bike to empty and replace the oil ?

I removed the forks and drained them thoroughly, to me its the best way of insuring that you have removed all of the old fluid. I find the 15 weight oil to be better than the stock 10weight oil.
