Misc (Coaster/Intake/CC Breather) Questions

Installed Chucksters coasters today. I removed all of those misc hoses as well as the round junction box thing. Also removed all of the old intake and test fitted Chucksters dual plate. It went fairly well (although very time consuming) but I ended up with one small vacuum/air line left. I think it was attached to the round junction box thingy and it look like it goes to the top of the throttle body. Am I supposed to remove this? Or plug it?

Also, what size is the hose for the crankcase breather? The external filter I got is way too small.

Finally, what are the IAC tubes for (that run just under the throttle body into the breather)? I know they get capped off but can they be removed? I can't see what they're attached to between the cylinders.
