That's the Vulcan Riders Association, a national organization and it looks like they are are expanding into Canada.

Looks like a fair site. I might have to have a look and drop the KawaNOW name there for others to see.
Probably members of KawaNOW are already there. There are no rules about being members of more than one Kawasaki/motorcycle web site. But KawaNOW will always be my home.
