I've had something similiar, started happening while at the rally in MV. When slowing down to come to a stop but still coasting a bit, bike has a weird, little pull or maybe a lack of pull to the left. At first I thought it might be a flat bearing in the neck, then thought it might be something with a break pad, maybe not releasing correctly or not wearing correctly.

Tires are brand new, Cobra Avons, just put them on two months ago, also put on new sintered brake pads all around, two months ago. Still trying to figure out what exactly it is, haven't figured it out yet.

Time to get the front end off the ground and start turning and spinning.

Any chance it was the pavement you were on, sometimes different roads can make the bike feel real squirrely.

I would check the bearing. Like Cajun2wheels said get it off the ground and give it a good check. Spin the wheel and do some left and right turns with the handlebar. If everything seems fine then as Ringadingh says it could be the road you were on. Other possibility is the front tire.

I had a wobble problem, so I changed the fork oil to 20 weight.
Put it all back together except for the front wheel.
Now I was able to push and pull on the forks independently and found they were loose!!!!!!!!
Got them tight, put the front wheel on and it's a totally different bike,................wow!!!!!!

I replaced the steering head bearings to fix my problem. Your problem sounds similar.

They moved at the bottom where the axial goes, Now they are solid.
