Horn no Honky

My stock horn to a dump during our tour to Utah a couple weeks ago. Finally got around to troubleshooting, replaced the fuse but found the horn Kapoot! Saw on some forum that someone bought a horn from HF, so checked it out. Bought a 2pack plastic chrome horn set for $9.99. Installed one of them, the loudest, and what a difference! Even the "low tone" horn is louder than the stock horn. Can only hope I get some longevity but @ $10 it's worth the it to see how they work out .... AND I have an extra horn!

I've seen those before and wondered how they sounded. Glad to hear you like em.

Horn a cracker? Horn pigmentally-challenged? We going for pc or non-pc? Help me here.

I have Stebel on mine. Anything that sounds louder than "meep meep" is an improvement.

You are right $10 isn't a lot if it gives you a louder sound and lasts a while.

I replaced one a guys bike a few weeks ago with one available at Princess Auto. It was $15.00 and bolted right in with the stock wiring, and it is substantially louder as well.
