Follow the exciting exploits of a south Texas redneck on his way to Maggie Valley. Yeah, TC I'll wear that "fair weather rider" title with pride

Nice blog Larry. With the exception of the problem with the vehicle doesn't sound like a bad trip. Austin's in Gadsden has some mighty fine steaks. I have eaten there many times. Be safe and have fun.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll get back to you on that ;)

There were plenty of pictures taken tonight at the base hotel. Unfortunately none by me. I'll have camera on the Blue Ridge Parkway/Mt Mitchell ride. I'll try to comply with your demand.

Wow, the man trailers his bike to the rally and he is proud of it
LW, you are Harley material if I ever saw it. ::)
Seriously, it was nice meeting you on the first day of the rally.
Gotta get to bed,<s> riding</s> stresing out on the Dragon tomorrow. :-/

I'm secure in my status as a rider. I rode to Custer SD in 2009.
So there ;)

Was good to meet you in person as well. Looking forward to the BRP/Mt Mitchell ride tomorrow, and a ride on the dragon on Wednesday before the Waterfall ride on Thursday. Have a safe ride while slaying the Dragon.

He was also busy being a blocker for our ride to Mount Mitchel.
It was a great ride and he did a great job.
