Thumbnail Pictures

How do post a picture that shows as a thumbnail and when you click on it it shows full size?

When you reply to someones comment there is a place under the Subject that says "Attachment". Add the picture there.

I think you can only add one at a time though. Not too sure. I don't use it too often.
