Fairing Project - Huge Thanks CactusJack

First, a Huge thanks to CactusJack for his many responses to my probably rudimentary questions, but with his guidance I was able to complete this project. I could not be happier with having the reckless fairing. I got it for a best offer bid of $220 on ebay. The radio is a hand me down, not worried about rain in the desert, marine radio when this breaks and I have some cash. I have the same Rockford Fosgate speakers as Cactusjack, 1 blue lighted led switch for future diving lights, A 12v outlet down on the left side, same place as on a Harley, and a button completely under the radio, for garage opener. My brother has a street glide which he just changed bars and mirrors. the mirrors are the kind that go directly into the faring outside of the speakers. I am thinking of putting these in depending on how well I can see out of them. I am also going to take a look at his bars and see if they fit a little better behind the faring to protect my hands. I ride to work just about every day and it has been in the 30's in the morning lately, my hands are just slightly outside the fairing currently. Again, a huge thanks to Cactusjack, and really all of you, I have been mostly lurking for the past year and half, but read posts every day and have learned a ton from everyone.

Not a big fan of farings but you did a great job on your bike.
Next project should be laying that license plate down if you are going to keep the bike solo. JMO

Well, since you asked...

There's a VROC member named Piper that makes patches, I believe he made the large red/black Nomad patches for us about a year ago. He sells a "batwing brigade" patch. I have one on my vest.
