I've seen a guy on a crotch rocket coasting down a street with no hands on the bars texting, so yes I believe that.

People have got them and are going to use them no matter where or what they are doing. When I ride mine is in the saddlebag.

Mine is in it's holster on my belt, I can't hear it ring and if I did I wouldn't answer it.

I keep my cell in my vest or jacket. Just in case I leave the bike abruptly, it would be nice to be able to call for help. I may not be able to make it back to the bike.

I use the Scala Rider bluetooth system for my cell phone. It works very well with the noise cancelling mic. I ride quite a bit during the business day and I wish I didn't have to answer the phone, but...when the almighty dollar buzzes, I answer. This bluetooth allows me to ride and do a little business. I don't have long conversations, but sometimes it lets me do something quick without having to stop and call back. And for me at least, short conversations while riding is much less distracting than listening to music.

I have mine in my vest pocket for those sudden phone call needs, but I also look for a parking lot or a side road instead of risking my life.

I do the same as fakebikerdude59 except I don't have to do business stuff as I'm retired.
I will answer my phone on the bike. Not long conversations but with bluetooth it isn't that big a deal. I too think it is less distracting than listenng to music while riding.

I would like to get the JMCB2003 and hook up my GPS connected by blue-tooth to my cell phone. This way I would have a rider to passenger intercom system, CB, MP3, GPS directions and cell phone connection.
Does anyone know if this would work or am I imagining things? Kip |

Yes, I believe it. I'm like CJ, a couple months ago I saw an Einstein, on a busy interstate, riding with no hands while texting. Don't know what he was steering with. He looked like he was in a recliner. I thought I had seen it all. Now I have.
