Hello from Washington state

Hey guys and gals, great to be a part of this fine group. I just traded in my 2006 Boulevard C50 for a brand spanking new 2009 Nomad 1700. I've had it 5 days and already need to take it in for the 600 mile service! I have to say, this is the nicest, smoothest riding motorcycle I have ever ridden.

I just learned to ride 2 1/2 years ago and the Boulevard was my first bike and it was time to step it up to something that will last me a long time as I plan to continue riding for many many many years to come. I considered Harleys, but the price tag when paying for a name just did not make sense, plus I trust the quality of a Kawasaki over a Harley.

I live in Lynnwood, which is about 20 miles north of Seattle, so any of you Washington riders, let me know about getting together for a ride.
