OEM Seat '07 Nomad
Thinking about biting the bullet for a Mustang seat for my '07 Nomad. Any idea what the going rate is for slightly used (less than 2,000 miles) OEM seat? Trying to see net cost if I can sell the original. Thanks..Joe

OEM Seat '07 Nomad
Joe, There's a guy down in Palm City, Fl. that will make your stock seat more comfortable. Check out www.greatdaytoride.com. I sent mine to him this morning. He's doing the front and rear for $100 and has a 24 to 48 hour turn around. A lot cheaper than an after market seat.

OEM Seat '07 Nomad
Thanks oldbiker...
Last bike before the Nomad was a Honda Aero 1100cc. Had the seat reworked and gel and foam added. Was better, but not what I would call an all day rider. I'm considering doing the refoaming myself until I got a lead on a Mustang seat slightly used for a good price. I'm looking forward to hearing how your seat turned out. Afterall if I make it to the forum ride, it's about 1100 miles each way! Joe |
