Confession Time!

Okay, now that I have tried to learn from my friend's accident, I will confess my own close call!!!

Honestly, we had been doing twisties, switchbacks, and hairpin turns for several days and I was getting tired. It takes alot of concentration to do those over and over again!

We were coming into a curve and I realized I was going faster than I felt comfortable with. Instead of letting myself swing out too wide and fearing not having control, I instead went too far to the inside...and headed into the other lane!!!! I was also video taping, believe it or not!!! Chaz had asked me to mount my camera and get some video of the roads were riding. So, you can see that I came WAY TOO CLOSE to going head on into a Jeep!!!

It happens around :37....also, I had the camera on my left handlebar so other times it may look like I am going over the line, but I'm not. Oh, and that's Chaz in front of me!
(If you watch the whole video you'll see the kind of riding we did in WV for 4 days!)
