Who are these people? Dont they understand if it wasnt for America and its stand alone fight for freedom since it becoming a country the world couldnt protest their right to "insert freedom here"????
The people who have been given the right ot be whomever, however and whatever they want are trying to destroy the very foundation of the house that set them free with the rights ONLY America has..... what ignorant fools!!!!!

Well they have the RIGHT to express themselves and their dislikes. Having said that, I think I should have the RIGHT to defend MY FLAG, regaurdless of who ownes (paid for it), by knocking the perp down, painting obseneties on them with a tattoo gun, disableing their tools of distruction (breaking both hands), limiting their mode of transport to committ the crime (knee caps), limit their ability to find a target to distroy (swell both their eyes shut), and just for grins knock a big split in the back of their head. Not to be do e sneeking around in the dark like a gutter slug, but in broad day light infront of God and all his children. I am sure that I will be the one going to trial if I ever get the opportunity to express MY RIGHT to defend MY FLAG. And I am sure that some will say that my actions would send the WRONG message. I believe right and wrong are relative terms. But done properly, I do not believe the perp would be wrong twice. Me on the other hand would probably be a repeat offender or defender. Maybe Defense of the Third Party could be used to defende the flag with the right slick tonged atty.

Hate crimes should be modified to include those against USA. If someone were to burn a islam flag bet there would be world wide uproar over it.... it seems that to attack the US anymore is acceptable and should be tolerated or at least an appology should be given to those whom are doing it.

Could it possibly be related to our leaders view on hating America and being at the head of the line to run her down?

Seems like the only ones required to have tolerance are the ones being attacked and they cant respond thanks to those hate crime laws protecting the special interest groups throwing the rocks at them...by law.

The page won't load, but I get the idea you guys are confused. Only a white man can preform a hate crime. No one of any other race or color can. It is impossible.

If any member of any color other than white burns the USA flag it is not a hate crime, or any sort of crime.

Now if a white man burns any flag from a nation like Iraq, then obviously that is a Hate Crime, and should be dealt with swiftly and violently with no trial what so ever.

Now I am for equal rights for all, and if i catch some fool friggin with my flag they will find him seated on a beaver chew. Think that over awhile.
