Touch up paint

my bike is a 99' nomad grn/grn. I got it and has just a couple of scratches here and there. When emptying out the bags n such i stumbled on some touch up paint:
1995U Base Color
TFCC (U) Clear
Kawasaki 3995U (Candy Arsenate Grn)

which one do I put on first and 2nd then 3rd and any specific instructions such as "how long should one sit before adding the next?"

Touch up paint

You use the base coat first, then the candy green, and finish with the clearcoat.
Other than that I can't tell you too much on how to do it.
There are a lot of websites that show you how to do touchups though.
