Larry; Is that Daves old ride? Price is kinda high in my opinion for a 26 year old bike.

I don't know, but the mileage, if its right, might be to low and have dry seals etc. I'm just curious. If I'd buy it you might not see me in NY. Chips will see of that :'(
I came across it while looking for a car for the kid, Yes he moved out but I'm still supporting him :(" title="" border="0"/>

It belongs in a museum. You couldn't pay me to take a 26 old bike. Getting parts for it would be very difficult.

After another look I doubt its Daves old bike, It looks too good from what I remember.
I would always be leary of something happening on a long trip with an old bike like that. But if you wanted one for local riding Id have no problem with riding one like that.

Bull crap, you are coming to NY whether you buy it or not, get that straight.
If you need to get a second bike get a cool one, you know, like a Drifter.

I had an 86 Honda GL1200 Interstate before I got my Nomad (that was only 3 years ago) and for a 20+ year old motorcycle it was great. I had a lot of "detail to attention" on that bike and sold it for $3500.00 with 53,000 miles. The Voyager like a fair deal at around $2,300 - $2,500. Depends if mileage is accurate and if it "runs-out" ok.

From the looks of it I think it's worth it.

I'm not worried about the year cause I've had some older bikes, but let's face it, as nice as it looks, when are you going to ride it. I keep thinking I'd like my '84 Sabre back, but when you realize most of those bikes had suspension and brakes that pale in comparison to whats out there now, I just don't think I'd ride it.
