Best place for tires?
I'd check out Ron Ayers. Probably the best prices. Also Motorcycle Superstore, as their prices seem to have come down a lot. South West Mototyre used to be cheapest, but not any more. Not by a long shot!

Thanks wolfman, and it seems that Ron Ayers is still the best price.

Best place for tires?
I got mine from Ron Ayers last season, they had the best price, and shipping was pretty good until the UPS man showed up at the door and wanted an extra $83.01 for brokerage fees and taxes. That was for a front tire and 3 sets of brake pads. And I still saved about $50.00 instead of buying them locally.

Be sure to check on installation before you buy, unless you plan to put them on yourself. Around my area the shops won't install them unless you buy them there. That is a major complication if you already bought your tires. Installation is reasonably priced, but you have to dicker with them a bit on tire price. It comes out above what you can get the tires for on-line, but then the folks at the shop have to eat too, and they are nice to have around if serious repairs are needed.

Best place for tires?
The last set I bought came from www.denniskirk.com They have free shipping, and they will beat any price on the web by $1. The guy down at the harley shop (a friend of mine) only charges me $10 to change out the tire if I bring him the wheel.
