Hey Mike,
Looked at that one as a candidate but ended up committed to take a car to daughter in Iowa. Leaving April 26th, stopping to see friends along way then spending a couple days in Iowa with her and flying home on May 4th.
I am going to the VRA spring fling in Eureka Springs Arkansas in May. Leave May 10th and get home May 19th. Taking 3 days on way out (950 miles so easy riding and some sightseeing) spend 4 days riding in and around Ozark mountains then 3 days getting home. First day going and last day coming home will be interstate but everything along the way and while there will be scenic hwys and recommended motorcycle routes.
Doing the KawaNow SERN rally in VA in June. Then in July I am doing a rally where I will be camping at the host camp ground. It's the VRA National up in same area as the rally you are looking at. Here's a link to it. http://vulcanriders.us/NationalRally/Default.aspx
