Removed the center two screws from the windshield mount , longer screws, punched holes in the bag. Took about 5 minutes

windshield bags

I've had 3 different bags on my Nad. The first was a nice big River Road bag. I made a bracket for it so it wouldn't bend in at the middle. The bracket bolted to the windshield. When I added Dog Bone risers it wouldn't fit. So I bought a smaller River Road bag that simply strapped to my Handlebars. That stunk! So I bought a Hopnel triple pouch bag made for a Harley and bolted it on.

Bobzinger,
I can't remember exactly, but I think it is called a " gizmo" Once you find the website, you use the url just like you do photos. I'll try to find the website and repost.

Yeah I like the Hopnel bags. I had to put 4 new holes in the plastic for mounting...and I slotted the plastic by the mounting pieces to let it fit against the windshield better. I used the Harley model.

The orginal hole is to the left of the windshield acorn nut. I cut a slot to the right of the Acorn Nut for the vertical windshield mount to fit in so the bag fits up against the windshield.
