Have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving. Although it doesn't seem like it sometimes, we have much to be thankful for.

Baked the turkey, deboned and sliced it this morning. Finished baking the pumkin pie an hour ago. Just 10 more minutes and the apple pie will be done. Then it is time to boil some eggs for deviled eggs. All Liz will have to do tomorrow is the mashed potatoes, noodles, rolls, dressing and vege's. Hope everyone else is having a great meal tomorrow and has a Happy Thanksgiving.

Darlene baked the pies, my daughter is baking a caserole, I injected the turkey and it's ready to deep fry tomorrow morning. I'll make the giblet gravy and cook the rice. And we'll all gain a few pounds.
