Relocate to Custer, SD!

I noticed the post a while ago about Custer nostalgia, so here is an opportunity for someone to move there permanently! This ad was in a regional classifieds paper today, thought some of you might want to check it out. Looks like there's items on there to suit anyone.
Only ten miles from the pie shop in Custer!!!

Wonder what the 8-acres will end-up selling for.

That would be sweet. Not the 37 year old mobile home, but the land.

Looks like a very nice tract. I didn't see any unattractive property up there.

As the ad says, you can live in the mobile home while you build your dream house. Yep, it's definitely a dream!

Wow thanks for depressing me on Friday. I would love to move out there but it would cost me a divorce cause my wife is a total city girl.

I saw a property listed last month that was slightly similar. 179K

I'd love to live somewhere like that, but don't know what I would do for money. Probably not a lot of job opportunities in IT in that area, especially in my discipline.

NO one lady there told me that you have to bring your job with you cause they don't pay for squat out there. Honestly I would probably quit IT and go work for the forest service. Too nice of an area to not work outside in my opinion.

That's what I mean. It's a service industry economy up there.

I would just take lessons from mac. It is so peaceful up there that all I would really need is wood for the fire and gas for the nomad. Other than that I could probably let go of alot of the crap that a person collects over the years.

Could be, but I am pretty "city-fied" and do enjoy my creature comforts and modern conveniences.
