Congress' "Jets for Jerks" Program

No doubt Nancy Pelosi had something to say about that.
They didn't mention anything about operating costs,but I think those jets cost around $2000-$3000/hour to operate.
Isn't it nice to know the taxpayers are getting the most for their tax dollars.
