Can anyone recommend a mobile phone with basic features that has good coverage in WA, ID, MT, WY, northern UT and OR. This phone will be for emergency calls only.

verizon has the best coverage I know of in the northwest seems like there is another that is big in montanna but I am not sure of the name, maybe alltel not sure

I live in florida and have alltell. i go to west yellowstone,mt every winter snowmobiling. even in the middle of nowhere i always have been able to make a call.
