Nomad of the Month

Hey Trip - Just thought I would drop my $.05 (I'm expensive) on a new idea for the site. It would be great to have the members vote each month for a nomad of the month. It can be done within one thread and everyone has a week or so to chip in. My first nomination......Lasse.

Great looking Nomad and even though I'm not a tassel fan, the work he has done and the originality make his bike stand out amongst the crowd. Plus, that trailer is bad %@#. Where'd he get that from anyway?

Yea we do have alot of GREAT NOMADs here,, So that is a GREAT idea... Rich

And that upsets me, too, because I wanted a blue/silver one but my dealer couldn't find any.

I downloaded a picture of a red/black one and lived with it over the weekend and decided it wasn't so bad. And I'm glad I bought it.

But I can't help thinking that a blue/silver one would have been faster.

Besides, it would have matched my minivan better.

Great idea... how about a thread to the photo of "Lasse". I don't recall what I had for breakfast this morning so I definitely can't remember what THAT Nomad looks like. Maybe another idea would be to have just a thread where members could upload ONE photo of their bike, with no comments. Then we could have a great place to view members rides. But the idea of "Nomad of the month" is a good one.
